• We do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free or complete

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
• All Products are custom-made and printed on demand after purchase
• Products are created specifically for your order
• We do not maintain inventory of pre-made Products
• Production begins after payment is confirmed
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
• We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time
• We are not liable if a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order
• If a Product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative
PRICING:
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel
TAXES:
• Prices do not include applicable sales taxes unless stated
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

CANCELLATIONS:

• Once production begins (typically within 24 hours), orders cannot be cancelled

INFORMAL RESOLUTION:
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at sbkonnect1979@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
JURISDICTION & VENUE:
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
ARBITRATION (Optional - if you want binding arbitration):
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except as otherwise provided herein. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION:
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS:
Any claim arising from these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.
