SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery expectations, and refund terms. By placing an order with SBKonnect, you agree to these terms.

SECTION 1: ORDER PROCESSING

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All products sold by SBKonnect are custom-made and printed on demand after your order is placed. This means:
• Products are NOT pre-made or held in inventory
• Each item is created specifically for your order
• Production begins only after payment is confirmed
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

PROCESSING TIME
• Standard processing: 2-7 business days
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays
• Processing time does NOT include shipping time
• High-volume periods (holidays, sales) may extend processing times
• You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed
• You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking when order ships

ORDER VERIFICATION
We reserve the right to:
• Verify order details before processing
• Contact you if we detect unusual activity or potential fraud
• Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate our terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

SECTION 2: SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
• Carrier: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers
• Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days after processing (if available, additional fee)
• Total delivery time = Processing time (2-7 days) + Shipping time (3-10 days)
• Example: Your order may take 5-17 business days total

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Available to most countries worldwide
• Carrier: USPS, DHL, or other international carriers
• Standard International: 10-30 business days after processing
• Total delivery time may be 12-37 business days
• Remote locations may take longer

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to:
• P.O. boxes (for certain products)
• Military APO/FPO addresses (limited availability)
• Countries under US trade restrictions or embargoes
• Addresses flagged as high-risk by our fraud detection

If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

SECTION 3: SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method
• Displayed before you complete your purchase
• Non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
IMPORTANT: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country.

• These fees are NOT included in our product or shipping prices
• We have no control over these charges
• We cannot predict the amount you will be charged
• Customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs office
• You are legally required to pay these fees to receive your package
• Refusal to pay customs fees will result in package return with NO REFUND
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all customs-related fees and delays.

SECTION 4: ORDER TRACKING

TRACKING INFORMATION
• Provided via email once your order ships
• Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate in carrier system
• Track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email
• Tracking updates may be delayed during transit

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
• Most carriers provide delivery confirmation
• "Delivered" status means the carrier has completed delivery
• We are not responsible for packages after carrier confirms delivery

SECTION 5: DELIVERY ISSUES

LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package is lost in transit:
1. Contact us at sbkonnect1979@gmail.com within 30 days
2. We will investigate with the shipping carrier
3. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund
4. Allow 5-10 business days for investigation

STOLEN PACKAGES
• We are NOT responsible for packages stolen after delivery
• If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
  - Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  - Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, mailroom)
  - Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  - File a police report if you believe it was stolen
• We cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages marked as delivered

INCORRECT ADDRESS
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided
• Address corrections may be possible if requested BEFORE shipping
• Contact us immediately at sbkonnect1979@gmail.com if you need to change your address
• Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer refused delivery
• Customer failed to pay customs fees
• Customer unavailable for delivery attempts

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for:
• New shipping fees
• Any return shipping fees charged to us
• Or you may request a refund minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee

SECTION 6: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

WHAT WE COVER:
• Manufacturing defects
• Printing errors or misprints
• Damaged items (torn, stained, or broken)
• Wrong item shipped
• Wrong size or color shipped (our error)

HOW TO REPORT:
1. Contact us at sbkonnect1979@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number
3. Describe the issue in detail
4. Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
5. We will review within 2-3 business days

RESOLUTION:
• Approved claims: We will send a free replacement OR issue a full refund (your choice)
• Replacement orders are prioritized and shipped quickly
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

SECTION 7: RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: Because our products are custom-made to order, we have a LIMITED return policy.

WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:
✗ Change of mind
✗ Ordered wrong size or color (customer error)
✗ Don't like the design or color
✗ Item doesn't fit
✗ Found a better price elsewhere
✗ No longer want the item

These are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

WHAT WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:
✓ Defective products (manufacturing defects)
✓ Damaged items (received damaged)
✓ Wrong item shipped (our error)
✓ Printing errors or quality issues
✓ Significantly different from product description

REFUND ELIGIBILITY:
• Must be reported within 30 days of delivery
• Must provide proof of defect (photos required)
• Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of wear or use

REFUND PROCESS:
1. Contact us at sbkonnect1979@gmail.com with your claim
2. We review your claim within 2-3 business days
3. If approved, choose replacement or refund
4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund issued to original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
6. Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account

WHAT IS REFUNDED:
• Product cost (full amount)
• Original shipping cost (only if item is defective/our error)

WHAT IS NOT REFUNDED:
• Shipping costs (if return is due to customer error or change of mind)
• Customs fees or duties already paid
• Return shipping costs (customer is responsible)

PARTIAL REFUNDS:
We may offer partial refunds for:
• Minor defects that don't affect functionality
• Items returned not in original condition
• Items returned after 30-day window (at our discretion)

NO REFUND SITUATIONS:
• Orders cancelled after production has started
• Items damaged by customer after delivery
• Items worn, washed, or used
• Claims made after 30 days
• Failure to provide required photos or information

SECTION 8: CANCELLATIONS

BEFORE PRODUCTION:
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
• Contact us immediately at sbkonnect1979@gmail.com
• Full refund issued if cancelled before production starts

AFTER PRODUCTION STARTS:
• Orders CANNOT be cancelled once production begins
• Production typically starts within 24 hours of order
• No refunds for cancellation requests after production starts

SECTION 9: EXCHANGES

SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGES:
• We do not offer free exchanges for size or color
• If you ordered the wrong size/color, you must:
  1. Place a new order for the correct item
  2. Keep or donate the original item (we don't accept returns for customer error)

DEFECTIVE ITEM EXCHANGES:
• Free replacement sent for defective items
• No need to return the defective item
• Contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement

SECTION 10: FORCE MAJEURE & DELAYS

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, etc.)
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or restrictions
• Shipping carrier delays or strikes
• Severe weather conditions
• Power outages or technical failures
• Supplier or manufacturer issues

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order but cannot guarantee delivery times.

SECTION 11: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after delivery confirmation, or stolen packages
• We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers

SECTION 12: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before taking any legal action, please contact us at sbkonnect1979@gmail.com to resolve the issue. Most problems can be resolved quickly through communication.

GOVERNING LAW:
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

JURISDICTION:
Any disputes arising from this policy or your order shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.
